Recuperation and healing

I am very grateful that I’m in the right place to aid my own healing. Like most people, this isn’t always the case.

I have designed myself a super healthy breakfast, aimed at boosting immune system and bone growth.

Taking supplements seriously for the first time in my life!

And brewing, an interesting, lemon, ginger and turmeric tea!

And I have habitually been a heavy drinker. Not a drop for 33 days. I will drink again but I hope with a healthier attitude!

And I am finding this site energising: connecting with other people interested in reading and writing, and giving my brain a work out by writing more. Happy Monday ❤️
